Name and Legal Name Differentiation

BreezyNotes users can differentiate between a client’s name and legal name. The legal name is what will be presented throughout BreezyNotes unless the “First Name” and/0r “Last Name” fields are filled out, in which case those take precedent. The legal name is still what will be sent on claims.

First name and last name are what will appear throughout BreezyNotes. This includes in the:

Additionally, a client’s pronouns will appear here.

If you need to search for a client by legal name, or many other demographic options, you can click Add/Advanced Search in the Client Address Book or by clicking the green +Add/Search Client button in the top right corner of the page.
