Big Changes for BreezyNotes EHR® Customer Support

Tyler Schow, Communications Specialist, will join the customer support team.

BreezyNotes EHR® is improving its customer support! Namely, we are adding a second support representative, creating an even more efficient customer support channel, and overhauling our Customer Handbook. The changes will allow us to address customer concerns more quickly and efficiently.

First and foremost, Tyler Schow will be joining the customer support crew. He will be responsible for initial support ticket monitoring and Level 1 customer support. With Tyler in this role, we can better meet demand for more complex issues as our customer base grows.

Second, we have changed how customers submit support requests. Directions have been sent to all our current users. This change will allow us to track and solve tickets more efficiently.

Finally, we will be performing a complete overhaul of the BreezyNotes Handbook. The new handbook will have a more intuitive layout that will make it easier for our customers to find the exact answer to their questions.
