BreezyNotes EHR Launches Client Portal for Therapists with Version 2.4

With Version 2.4, BreezyNotes EHR will launch its client portal, allowing customers to interact with their clients in new ways. From filling out forms at home to requesting appointments at the click of a button, learn how BreezyNotes EHR’s new client portal will save therapists time, money and sanity.

Intake Paperwork and Custom Forms that Clients Can Complete Anytime, Anywhere

With the new client portal, you can put your intake paperwork online and allow your clients to complete and eSign anywhere they can access the internet. And once the forms are signed, they are locked to prevent your clients from making further changes. Unless you message them a request to update the form, of course (more on messaging later!).

With drop-down menus, checkboxes and so much more, you can not only recreate your paper intake forms online – you can make them even better! The client portal includes a flexible field editor so you can tweak the form to fit your needs exactly.

Let Clients Request Appointments without Calling or Emailing You

Once a client is set up in the portal, they can request appointments right from the online interface. Clients can create appointments based on their therapist’s availability, choose a time slot that works for them, and send a request.

Each therapist can set their own availability and tweak them if they change one week to the next.

And when the client requests an appointment, the therapist gets an alert in their inbox where they can go on to approve or deny the appointment request quickly and get back to the more important tasks you have on your plate.

Message Clients Securely and Stay HIPAA-Compliant

In the portal, clients and therapists can exchange secure messages. You can set our portal to email you when you receive a message – and your clients can do the same. Then you just click the link in the message, log in, and reply.

You can also receive notifications for other portal tasks, like when a client completes a requested form.

What else is in Version 2.4?

While the client portal is our big innovation in Version 2.4, it still has plenty of meat-and-potatoes: We’re opening electronic claim submission to any clearinghouse with Secure FTP capabilities. We’ve added some new features to make billing and invoicing even simpler and of course there are the usual bug fixes.
