In BreezyNotes EHR, a superbill is a detailed bill that contains all of the client’s demographic and insurance information. It also includes an itemized breakdown of treatments rendered accompanied by the service date, provider information, billing code, and fee.

To generate a superbill:

  1. Go to Reports>Clients>Superbill
  2. Filter by date (or date range)
  3. Click Submit
  4. At the top of the screen, click “Print”.
