Pro Tips
BreezyNotes takes many steps to keep our customers’ security safe. One of those measures is that we require users to change their passwords every 90 days. Sometimes this can become a problem when one of your providers misses the deadline to change their password and is locked out of their account.
How to Change Your Providers’ Passwords When They Expire
That’s why we allow users with the top level of access (typically reserved for clinic directors and primary users) to reset their providers’ passwords. So the next time your provider doesn’t change their password in time, you can reset it for them using these easy steps:
- Under Administration, click “Users”.
- Check the “Include inactive users” box to show all users in BreezyNotes.
- Click the username that expired.
- Enter your password.
- Enter a new password.
- Check the “Active” box.
- Click Save.
Note: You can also change the password for a user who may have forgotten theirs. Just click on the provider’s username and follow steps 4, 5 & 7.
