Set Up an Office Ally Account

In order to bill insurance electronically, you will need to set up a free Office Ally account and “FTP” folder.
- Use this form to set up your Office Ally Account if you don’t already have one.
- Call Office Ally at 360.975.7000 and connect with Technical Support.
- Let them know you want to bill insurance electronically and request that they create and FTP folder.
- If they ask about what system you are using, tell them it’s BreezyNotes EHR and it other users are successfully submitting “X12 claims.”
- They will give you a “Submitter ID,” which is usually your Federal Tax ID (EIN), and a “Receiving ID,” which is their Federal Tax ID (EIN: 33-0897513).
- It will take them a bit of time to set up the FTP. When they do, they will email your credentials to you. Please forward those credentials on to support@breezynotes.com.
