Set Up an Office Ally Account

In order to bill insurance electronically, you will need to set up a free Office Ally account and “FTP” folder.

  1. Use this form to set up your Office Ally Account if you don’t already have one.
  2. Call Office Ally at 360.975.7000 and connect with Technical Support.
  3. Let them know you want to bill insurance electronically and request that they create and FTP folder.
  4. If they ask about what system you are using, tell them it’s BreezyNotes EHR and it other users are successfully submitting “X12 claims.”
  5. They will give you a “Submitter ID,” which is usually your Federal Tax ID (EIN), and a “Receiving ID,” which is their Federal Tax ID (EIN: 33-0897513).
  6. It will take them a bit of time to set up the FTP. When they do, they will email your credentials to you. Please forward those credentials on to support@breezynotes.com.
