Welcome Mary Cathers to the BreezyNotes Support Team! She will be helping us monitor and respond to your support requests every business day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST as a Customer Support Specialist.
Mary has been working in customer service for more than 15 years. She started as a consultant at Planet Beach Contempo Spa and eventually moved into management, before buying and running her own franchise.
In 2013, Mary sold her Planet Beach franchise and switched focus to real estate starting as a realtor assistant at Lakes Sotheby’s. Currently she is a Buyer Specialist with The Edam Group in addition to her new role at BreezyNotes.
Mary has a degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is very happy that her work allows her to spend valuable time with her three children (ages 2 months, 3 and 9 years) and husband. They especially enjoy camping, skating, and game/movie nights.
