We understand it takes trust, great customer service and a high quality product before someone recommends a company to a friend or colleague. So we want to make sure that our customers are properly thanked when they recommend BreezyNotes to theirs.
That’s why we started the BreezyNotes NoteBank, our customer referral program.
The Basics
Here’s a basic rundown of how our customer referral program and the NoteBank works (full details here):
- You are a BreezyNotes customer and you tell someone about our application
- That person signs up for a free trial with BreezyNotes.
- We put a 100 Note Credits in your NoteBank, which is applied to your next bill
- Bank as many Note Credits as you like
- Share them with your friend/colleague
- Leftover Note Credits roll over to the next month
You make one referral, that’s 100 Note Credits in the NoteBank. Ten referrals? That’s 1,000 Note Credits.
The Details
Who’s Eligible to Receive Note Credits?
Only BreezyNotes Customers are eligible to have Note Credits applied to their Notebank accounts. A BreezyNotes Customer is an active user of a BreezyNotes account that is currently on a paid plan and in good standing.
BreezyNotes users who are still in the trial period receive their Note Credits after becoming Customers.
When & How Note Credits are Applied to a BreezyNotes Account
Note Credits are applied at the BreezyNotes account level. The only person with access to the NoteBank balance is the Primary User of the account, which is available on their profile page after logging in at https://breezynotes.com/login..
When a BreezyNotes Customer refers someone who signs up for a free trial, they will receive 100 Note Credits. The BreezyNotes Customer can choose which accounts to apply Note Credits to and how many Note Credits to apply.
BreezyNotes MUST have written or electronic record that the referral was made by the eligible user BEFORE the end of the trial period. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The referral field labeled “How did you hear about us?” in the BreezyNotes registration form
- Documentation in our CRM
BreezyNotes will not add Note Credits to a referral account’s NoteBank until after the referral’s trial period ends and he or she becomes a BreezyNotes Customer.
How Note Credits and BreezyNotes Account Balances are Calculated
The Note Credits balance in an account’s NoteBank are applied fully in the month they are received unless otherwise specified.
Note Credits are subtracted from the total number of signed, billable notes (“Billable Notes”) calculated for our per-note-pricing plan during that month.
Once the balance of Note Credits is exhausted, any remaining Billable Notes are then charged according to our per-note-pricing payment plan, with the EXCEPTION of the minimum $20 per month payment. If the total number of Billable Notes is between 0 and 20 they will be charged at a rate of $1 per note.
If there are more Note Credits than Billable Notes in a given month, the Note Credits can be rolled over and applied to the next month’s invoice.
Additional Note Credits from additional valid referrals may be added to the balance of Note Credits in the month they are received.
Note Credits have no monetary value, and they are not transferrable for money or any other form of compensation. Note credits are only valid for signed billable notes as calculated in the per-note-pricing payment plan.
BreezyNotes reserves the right to end or modify this customer referral program without notification or consent. BreezyNotes reserves the right to refuse depositing Note Credits in any account for any reason.
