Change/Update an Appointment

There are three ways to change or update a client’s appointment:

  1. On the calendar, click the colored portion of the appointment you want to edit (do not click their name or the record icon).
    • This opens the Appointment Pop-Up and you can adjust dates/times/type of appointment as needed.
  2. On the calendar, drag the appointment to your updated date/time.
  3. Open the Client Summary and click on the appointment (located under “Appointments”) that want to edit.
    • This opens the Appointment Pop-Up and you can adjust dates/times/type of appointment as needed.
