All forms related to an encounter must be eSigned before an encounter can be billed. To do this, fill out the form and then click “Save & Sign” or “Save, Sign & Submit” at the bottom of the screen.
Only the forms need to be eSigned because the CPT codes for the session are passed through them. The summary of the encounter does not require a signature for billing.
