Return to a Saved Form

Forms like the Progress Note, Diagnostic Assessment and Initial Treatment Plan can be saved and edited before they are eSigned. To do this:

  1. Click “Save” at the bottom of the form to save its contents.
  2. Get done what needs to get done.
  3. Return to the form when you’re ready. You can do this by:
    • Finding the appointment in the calendar and clicking on the Notepad icon (Notepad).
    • Selecting the client whose form needs finalization and using the Encounter History dropdown at the top of the screen to select the office visit date
    • Clicking on “History” under Client > Encounters in the navigation to access the Past Encounter History.
  4. Update the form as necessary.
  5. Click “Save & Sign” or “Save, Sign & Submit” at the bottom of the form.
