Review Notes from a Past Encounter

There are two ways to see your notes from a previous encounter with a client.

1. Select a client.
2. At the top of BreezyNotes in the Encounter History dropdown, select the encounter you wish to review, or select “Past Encounter List” for a list of all encounters with a client.
3. Alternatively, after selecting a client, click “Client” in the navigation tab.
4. Under the client’s name, click “Encounter History” for a list of all encounters.
